What is it about?

Arabidopsis seeds produce pectinaceous mucilage. We show that TONNEAU1 (TON1) recruiting motif 4 (TRM4) gene, which can maintain microtubule organization, is involved in the mucilage cellulose orientation and mucilage architecture.
