What is it about?
Plant diseases are a major threat to global agriculture and food production. Host plant mediated genetic resistance are key components to minimise crop losses due to diseases. Here I summarize the recent advancements in identifying these resistance and the strategies for their effective deployment to sustain agriculture from fast evolving crop pathogens.
