Growth responses to elevated temperatures and the importance of ontogenetic niche shifts in Bromeliaceae

What is it about?

Tropical species are assumed to be particularly vulnerable to a future increase in temperature. Investigating thermal niches of bromeliads, we present results for epiphytes that are at odds with this general assumption.
