What is it about?
Interactions between proteins in the DNA Base Excision Repair (BER) pathway are important for proper repair functions. We show that the activites of the Nei2 are modulated by interactions with the β-clamp and also offer insights into the role of Nei2 in bacterial pre-replicative BER.
