Why is it important?

The findings revealed that nurses who feel contented and engaged in their work tend to provide more care to patients. Health care organizations should create and implement strategies to increase their workers' job engagement and satisfaction. These are desirable attitudes in an organization that is not only considered cost-effective strategies but rather a step towards achieving quality health services and patient safety.

Our findings underscore the importance of enhancing job satisfaction and engagement of nurses to help them be more productive concerning care provision.
