With the four dimensions of the nurse consultant role recognised as key to the success of the role, setting up collegial support locally has been hugely beneficial and has seen a significant success
Perspectives
It has been a huge privilege for me to facilitate this group over 3 years, the final year culminating in the final year in completing a co-operative inquiry evaluation. Collectively we have written the paper which tracks the achievements.
