Lake sturgeon in a undeveloped, remote river
What is it about?
Examines the characteristics and dynamics of a lake sturgeon population that is under very little stress from harvest, development, habitat alterations etc. in remote areas of northern Ontario.
Why is it important?
Provides a rare look at a 'pristine' sturgeon population which may provide details on how population may have been naturally structured.
