What is it about?

We conducted a prospective, randomized, controlled trial to test whether the use of the ONQ Pain Buster can reduce pain after cardiac surgery in pediatric patients. The use of the ONQ Pain Buster to infuse 0.25% bupivacaine into the incision over the course of two to three days reduced the need for adjuvant pain medication, such as morphine, ketorolac, midazolam, and lorazepam. It was also safe.
