Upper tract urothelial cancer is rare, with mysterious causes in the world. This country-level study across a decade tracing inspected annual upper tract urothelial cancer incidence between age, sex, and regions. Moreover, some factors associated with 5-year overall survival were listed.

Why is it important?
Our findings show annual upper tract urothelial cancer incidence rates were steady, and novel epidemic features and survival factors were identified through our analyses.
Perspectives
This article must encourage further international research to cooperate on relevant causes and mechanisms of upper tract urothelial cancer. We expected upper tract urothelial cancer prevention and care could be improved through our information.
