What is it about?

The study aimed to compare different types of Tunisian ghee for their wound-healing activity. The Tunisian "ghee" products of all kinds (cow, sheep, and goat), have shown a high antioxidant capacity with richness in vitamins A and E, and they improve fibroblast migration.
