What is it about?

The paper presents meta analysis of a set of published clinical studies based on assessment of extracellular vesicles. It is shown that within the set considered (over 716 comparisons) there are no studies exhibiting difference between health and disease that would satisfy statistical significance, statistical power, clinical significance and at least 50 samples in both populations considered.
