We studied how maintaining remnant native vegetation and surrounding natural areas in and around vineyards influences bird richness and community composition in vineyard landscapes.

Bird conservation in vineyards is enhanced by conserving remnants of native vegetation at multiple landscape scales.
Perspectives
I hope this research helps promote agroecological conservation practices within agroecosystems, especially in central Chile, a globally recognized biodiversity conservation hotspot.
