What is it about?
The year 2015 saw a record number of forcibly displaced persons, more than 65 million individuals worldwide. To address what is driving this displacement and the great harm many experience as they try to migrate to countries that offer greater levels of security, this article proposes a new human right, the right to the world. It is a right concerned with freedom of mobility across global space and with a just share of the planet’s resources for all.
