What is it about?
In healthcare, patient care can be seen as a diagnostic and treatment process. In this article, we give a workflow to examine/analyze the healthcare treatment processes using the tools of process mining. Although process mining is developed to analyze industrial processes, it can be used in other areas as well. The article points to the main pitfalls of the application, and suggest solutions to solve the problem.
