What is it about?

Using a very common training model (Fitness Fatige model) and some user generated training data, we show that it is possible to automatically generate training plans including user made constraints (like: maximal training load or off-days).

Why is it important?

Usually, training plans are generated by a professional coach or are not individual but only based on some gerneal standards. Since amateur athletes oftes are not supported by any coach, an automatical training plan generation based on the individuals training data can provide individual training plans without any coach needed (as long as there are no health problems).
