What is it about?
Amidst a growing preference for home cooking and a heightened appreciation for culinary excellence, the demand for premium ingredients delivered to homes has surged. Recognizing the growing demand, researchers in Bangkok, Thailand, sought to unravel the key elements that contribute to satisfaction among luxury consumers who opt for home delivery. Employing the established American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) model, the study identified five pivotal factors: customer expectations, perceived quality of ingredients and delivery services, the value perceived in receiving luxury products at home, and various relevant indicators related to the overall experience. The study further developed nine hypotheses about the relationships between these factors and customer satisfaction, along with measures to assess each factor. This comprehensive framework provides valuable insights for businesses catering to discerning clientele who seek premium ingredients delivered to their doorsteps.
