What is it about?
An interesting observation is that higher value for a node in a network for a particular flow of anything, here electric power, can lead to looking out for a similar incident for another node. This means that counterflows can be increased to reduce the total flow in a link which is good to reduce drop, loss and congestion and led to this work. It was tested on several circumstances and proved very useful. This concept is covered in the paper.
