What is it about?
A TIQ based Flash ADC is designed for high-speed applications. Though it has not been fabricated, the simulations are carried out to provide a brief about the possibility.

Why is it important?
Flash ADCs consume a lot of power. Therefore, a low power design is required to maintain the tradeoff of speed-power. This design provides a predictive solution to the power consumption problem.
Perspectives
I would like to thank NERIST, Arunachal Pradesh, IIT Guwahati, SCL Chandigarh, and my supervisor for their out of the way support and understanding of my perspectives.
