What is it about?
Target tracking by means of any platform, be it radar or a camera, is always prone to errors. This work presents a method based on Kalman Filter to reduce that error. It has wide applications in air-defense, civil aviation, flight control etc

Why is it important?
It reduces the inherent errors in measuring devices without employing any additional hardware.
Perspectives
This is a very basic work to extend application of Kalman Filter to cases where sampling time is fairly low.
