What is it about?

The work proposes a secure clustering algorithm using multi-objective particle swarm optimization technique. The algorithm uses three objective functions based on nodes QoS parameters: trust value, life time and available bandwidth. The main advantage of MOPSO is that it provides multiple solutions at a time through optimal Pareto front.

Security is one of the main challenge in mobile ad hoc network. The proposed work addresses PSO based secure clustering algorithm, that elects cluster heads based on quality-of-service parameters. Using trustable cluster head secure communication is achieved.
