Artificial intelligence is implemented with more possibilities with existence of management procedures and organizational structures using significant transformations. Decision making process and organizational structures in the companies completely depend on AI. Based on AI digitization technology Backpropagation Neural Network used to construct the salary prediction model that are subjected to Nadam approach (Nesterov and Adaptive Moment Estimation) is used for enhancing the accuracy of consumer psychology. The present study focusses on the novel artificial intelligence-based enterprise management for understanding digital technologies and consumer psychology. AI capabilities are utilized businesses are concentrated more for consumer emotions, preferences and consumer behaviour optimized using algorithm for enhanced customer satisfaction and marketing strategies. Digital technology is integrated with effective enterprise management by the companies for adapting market dynamics evolved rapidly. The study explores the AI driven model for consumer psychology by contributing advancements in management practices of enterprises in the digital era.
