What is it about?
This work is an initial assessment of the creative-innovative potencial of Brazilian Northeast capitals, using a multicriteria scheme composed of three socio-economic groups of indicators.

Why is it important?
This type of application can help development agencies, investors and the government to make investment decisions in the cities studied.
Perspectives
As this is a study opening up possibilities, even though already showing some results, we intend to expand the analysis to other cities in the target region, in addition to their capitals, in order to present to the government agencies focused on innovation and entrepreneurship, the potential of these cities to promote actions for their development.
