Perspectives
In my opinion, a highlight of this paper is geometric interpretation of the Cramér-Rao bound accuracy measure. We proved that the best and worst direction of arrival of the target are along principal axes of intertia of an array of isotropic sensors, computed by assigning each sensor a unit mass.
