What is it about?
Malaysia is ageing fast, and family caregivers carry most of the load yet policy decisions are usually based on statistics, not their actual experiences. This study puts caregivers' own voices at the centre of the conversation, helping ensure future welfare programmes are built around real needs, not just numbers.
