What is it about?

Innovation is learned as a critical element to enhance the performance of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). While many studies lean towards the role of technological innovation in determining business performance, this study deliberately conducted in order to examine the importance of technological and non-technological innovation ambidexterity to enhance SMEs internationalization performance.

This study established that only simultaneous action in exploiting and exploring non-technological innovation is critical in determining the internationalization performance of SMEs.
