What is it about?
as life changes during a pandemic, humans tend to find new ways to expand their income and overcome the obstacles in their way. We show in this paper how people have started rural tourism projects to increase their livelihood during lockdowns and how it turned into a full-time work opportunity after the pandemic ended

this paper is important because it explains how resilient and adaptable to new circumstances we are. furthermore, it showcases the new trend in tourism of going back to our roots and authentic foods, traditions, customs, and homeland
Perspectives
writing this paper helped me reconnect with my origins and indulge in my country's foods, natural beauty, and local communities with their unique features . furthermore, it was a chance to run away from my day to day city life to a more relaxed environment with richer human interactions.
