What is it about?

This paper is about that how knowledge management and competitive intelligence can impact or help in strategic management process, and the vice versa. In this regard, this paper operates on the assumption that knowledge and intelligence, via knowledge management and competitive intelligence, are helpful if a decision requires the information from the internal and external environments respectively. Therefore, this paper also attempts to explain that how knowledge and intelligence can be used in separate and synergic way in the strategic management process.
