What is it about?

With the growth of the nonprofit sector, there is an increasing demand for accountability of nonprofit organisations (NPOs) from the public and the donors. However, there is a paucity of research on performance measurement of NPOs, particularly in relation to understanding the specific measurement dimensions relevant to these organisations. The purpose of this paper is filling the aforesaid knowledge gap by developing and operationalising the performance measurement system for the Australasian nonprofit healthcare sector.
