What is it about?
The current status of the ISO 9001 being implemented by Indonesian construction companies are evaluated in terms of: (1) the relationships between barriers and the effectiveness of ISO 9001 implementation, (2) the relationships between the barriers and performance of the certified construction companies, and (3) the relationships between the effectiveness of ISO 9001 implementation and the performance of the certified construction companies.
