What is it about?
Building on the CAS framework, the paper investigates the detrimental effect the virtual teams (VTs) challenges have on the members’ ratings of the team performance, by examining the mediating role of the preferences for working in VTs. The study also investigates the upholding role the trust plays in improving individuals’ preference for working in VTs and the moderating function of the openness to experience personality trait.
