What is it about?

Responsible Research and Innovation (RRI) is a policy orientation supported by the European Commission. However, its uptake is lagging. We offer novel reasons why, and propose a new organizational form to facilitate learning that may assist the mainstreaming of transformative policies in science, like RRI.
