What is it about?
This study explores the differences between services offered by city governments through online portals and the services that residents want in smart cities. We looked at the current services and gathered ideas from 707 people to create a suggested online portal structure. We found that current portals don't offer all the services residents want, so city governments should provide more diverse services and information. These services may change over time and between cities, depending on people's needs and what cities can do.
