What is it about?

This manuscript aims to enlighten the readers on the behavioural aspect of CSR specifically micro-level CSR in predicting employee engagement. Additionally, this paper executed the research analysis by utilising the recent emerging research tool in social sciences namely, Partial Least Squares Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The robustness of research is found in the adoption of the hierarchical component model (HCM) for parsimonious purpose in testing micro-level CSR. PLSpredict was also performed to examine the predictability of the model.
