What is it about?

In a society where promoting responsible consumption is becoming more and more important, this paper contributes to the literature by modelling the interactions between fear and personal norms and providing the first evidence on how fear may weaken the link between personal norms and non-mainstream socially responsible behaviours (e.g., avoiding stockpiling).
