This research explores how strategic e-learning can enhance workforce competency development. Using a combination of surveys and semi-structured interviews, we gathered data to better understand the factors influencing employee learning. By applying statistical analysis and thematic evaluation, the study identifies key elements that drive effective e-learning experiences. The findings highlight the critical role of both intrinsic and extrinsic factors in improving employee learning outcomes. These insights have practical applications for organizations seeking to optimize their training programs. The research also acknowledges its limitations, including a focus on specific industries and regions, which may affect the generalizability of the findings. The social implications of this study suggest that investing in e-learning can lead to more inclusive and accessible workforce development. Additionally, the research adds originality by offering a fresh perspective on how digital learning tools can empower employees in diverse settings.
