What is it about?

Workplaces often fail to properly support employees with ADHD, offering rigid, compliance-based solutions that stifle growth. Our research proposes a new approach using artificial intelligence (AI) not just for accommodation, but for proactive capability-building. We outline five core strategies: using AI to map strengths, scaffold autonomy, ensure privacy, build leader empathy, and measure employee flourishing. This framework of "Inclusive Intelligence" reframes AI as a strategic partner. By designing AI systems for support, companies can unlock the full potential of their neurodivergent talent, creating more humane and effective workplaces where all minds can thrive.
