What is it about?

Workforce emotional wellbeing and behavioral health were already priority challenges prior to the pandemic. Addressing employee mental and behavioral health has become increasingly urgent in terms of management, productivity and cost. In response to current and anticipated problems, it’s critical for leaders to mitigate the impacts of emotional distress by providing access to resources and cognitive skill-building that will bring our organizations back to health. Planning for the post-pandemic reality is a challenge, and opportunity, for all of us.
