What is it about?
People do not change because they are told or because an organisation makes an announcement about change. Change happens because a number of people make a conscious choice to do something differently on a day to day level. the 'magic dust' in this transition is not in the external message, it is the creation of an internal and personal insight that permanently shifts people's perspective

Why is it important?
Increasingly companies are expected to be agile, yet organisations find that confronting failure and allowing essential lessons to be learned remains a challenge. Human beings have learned through insight for millenia yet leadership styles and performance management do not grasp the critical value of promoting a growth mindset to support individual and team performance.
Perspectives
I see the increasing requirement for the world of work to be linked to a purpose that is loftier and beyond purely profit. I also see the increased need to provide a work environment that is attractive to Millenials and will attract the best in terms of leadership and culture
