Demographic characteristics of participants in graduate college professional and sociocultural development programming

What is it about?

This study at one graduate school at a large, selective, public university in the Midwestern United States found that female students, students from U.S. historically marginalized racial groups, and U.S. Pell Grant recipients were more likely to attend programs designed to support graduate students in their professional and sociocultural development.
