What is it about?
This study looks at why and how senior white men in UK businesses support racial equality in their workplaces. Unlike much existing research, which focuses on the US or non-business settings, this study examines the UK business environment specifically, recognizing that race-related issues and workplace dynamics can be different in each context. While some of the findings align with previous research, the study uncovers new insights that challenge what we currently understand about white male support to workplace racial equality.
