What is it about?

This study provides a practical guide to combining Building Information Modelling (BIM) and lean construction practices to improve efficiency and reduce waste in the construction industry. Through expert interviews and analysis, we developed clear steps to address challenges and enhance productivity. While focused on New Zealand, the guidelines offer insights applicable globally. They aim to help construction professionals adopt sustainable, efficient practices. Future research could expand their relevance to other regions.
