What is it about?

Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) is an additive manufacturing (AM) process that selectively melts and consolidates powder with a laser; The unmelted powder is recycled but degrades over time with a limited number of print cycles. Disposal of this material is often problematic due to environmental impacts and high material cost. We propose a recovery of waste material using a binder jetting process to achieved in an accessible and economical manner.
