What is it about?
While external factors such as social support have long been known to act as buffers to managing workplace stress, solitary jobs such as managerial roles do not always provide such opportunities. This paper acknowledges resilience, that is the ability to bounce back from experiencing challenging events, as an important internal quality to deal with stress.
