What is it about?
Using the expert's input, we analysed the qualitative data and presented a framework consisting of factors impacting ESG reporting. The experts are the board members of the listed companies in India, and using their wide knowledge and experience, they provided their input.

Why is it important?
ESG has gained a lot of importance in the recent past, and it is important to know how companies report their ESG practices. The results are useful to the practitioners to learn from the experiences of the experts as to what should be done to improve the ESG reporting quality.
Perspectives
This publication is very important not only to me but also to different stakeholders. The article discusses an important topic that not only impacts the corporate, society but to the lowest strata of the community. This adds immense value to the article, not only to other researchers but to society at large. This makes it very unique.
