Why is it important?

It is the first official paper that demonstrates the use of RQDA, an extension of R programming language, for qualitative data analysis. It is also the first paper that builds a connection between computer aided qualitative data analysis (CAQDAS) with the increasingly popular Gioia Methodology.

Perspectives

Any qualitative data analysts and scholars, as well as existing R users (mostly quant scholars), will find this paper highly useful to do qualitative research and extending it to quantitative research all in a single platform called R. Highly recommended for PhDs, postdocs as well as any methodology students at Masters and Undergraduate levels.
