What is it about?

This article looks at the provisions of the recently implemented Care Act in England in relation to what is known about the needs of older people in the lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans communities. In particular, it looks at the Act's potential to support anti-discriminatory approaches to the provision of care and support to this emerging population of older people.
