What is it about?

This study explores how public school principals support mathematically gifted students by helping them build essential 21st-century skills like critical thinking, creativity, and digital literacy. By surveying 548 teachers, the research found that principals play an important role in developing these skills through strong leadership and school-community partnerships. Male principals were rated slightly higher in supporting digital and life skills. The study highlights the need for school leaders to actively foster innovation and real-world readiness in gifted students
