Why is it important?

The results show for diversity management to be effective it should be targeted at all employees rather than specific employee groups. This especially is important for (public) managers involved in managing organisational diversity.

Perspectives

This publication shows that diversity management should be different from traditional AA/EEO policies. And shows that diversity management aimed to enhance the inclusiveness of the organisational culture is important for employees' attitudes and behaviour.
