What is it about?

Since Instagram is widely used as a platform for recruitment, organizations should strategically utilize it to showcase their employer brands and reach a larger pool of jobseekers. Our findings suggest that organizations should share workplace culture and product/service-related images, and actively engage with social media audiences along with hiring information on Instagram to elicit more likes and comments in their Instagram posts.
