What is it about?

Job satisfaction constitutes an attitudinal dimension that occupies a central place regarding work experience. This research has two aims. The first is to analyze the impact of two learning resources, group learning and training on job satisfaction. It allows examining the contribution of personal and group development to well-being in the workplace. The second objective is to verify the moderating effect of organizational and personal resources on the relation of learning and job satisfaction. This contributes to enriching the knowledge of the links between the organizational and personal aspects and their relationship with job satisfaction.

Why is it important?

This work is especially important for two reasons: The first there has been pointed out that learning contributes not only and directly to the performance of the company but also indirectly as it affects job satisfaction. The second, the effect of moderation in job satisfaction is verified, which would point out that satisfaction is a phenomenon that can be determined by organizational and personal resources.

Perspectives

This work opens important lines of research related to intervention policies in the organizational development aligned with the characteristics of the company and the individual.
